The School Board is the collegiate consultative body representative of the Educational Community, and exercises its functions respecting the rights of families, teachers, students, administration, services staff and the titular institution (Reg. Art. 33).

The School Board will meet, ordinarily, once a quarter of each school year, and whenever the Pedagogical Director considers it appropriate; and also, at the proposal of the Regular Director or of two thirds of the Members of the Board (Reg. Art. 37).
